This is a battery that is a 12 volt valve-regulated, maintenance-free battery with no electrolyte leakage from the case or terminals. The battery is equipped with a simple, safe, low-pressure venting system that releases excess gas and automatically reseals should there be a build-up of gas within the battery due to severe overcharge.
