Overview
This hands-on course gives field service personnel a complete understanding of critical environment controls challenges and Phoenix Controls solutions: specifically the Critical Systems Control Platform (CSCP).
Technicians will learn to use the CSCP products when starting up new jobs and/or troubleshooting existing CSCP systems.
Student labs will include commissioning and configuration tasks.
Employees of Phoenix Controls representatives who are responsible for database development, and field commissioning. This class is not available to end-users, balancing agents or the general public.
