I sistemi di monitoraggio dei pressostati differenziali FEMA DDCM sono adatti per il monitoraggio e il controllo delle pressioni differenziali.
Panoramica
I dispositivi di controllo della pressione differenziale FEMA sono idonei per il monitoraggio e il controllo delle pressioni differenziali, il monitoraggio del flusso e il controllo automatico dei sistemi di filtraggio. Un sistema a doppia camera con soffietto in acciaio inossidabile o diaframma in Perbunan rileva la differenza tra le due pressioni applicate.
La pressione di commutazione desiderata è regolabile in modo continuo all'interno degli intervalli indicati nel riepilogo dei prodotti. Tutti i dispositivi di controllo della pressione differenziale possono essere utilizzati anche nel campo del vuoto. Il differenziale di commutazione non è regolabile.
La temperatura massima del fluido sul sensore di pressione non deve superare la temperatura ambiente ammessa sul dispositivo di commutazione. Le temperature possono raggiungere 85 °C per brevi periodi). Temperature del fluido più alte sono possibili se mediante apposite misure (per es. un sifone) si evita di superare i suddetti valori limite nell'unità di comando. Le serie DDCM sono tarate per la pressione in caduta. Ciò significa che la pressione regolabile sulla scala corrisponde al punto di commutazione all'aumentare della pressione. Il punto di reset è maggiore per una misura pari al differenziale di commutazione.
