    What is a venturi valve?

    About the platform components

    Along with the venturi valve, the Critical Spaces Control Platform includes the below devices: 

    Programmable BACnet Controller
    With BACnet IP and BACnet MS/TP options available, this freely programmable controller offers the flexibility you need to customize controls specifically for your application. 

    Actuator Control Module
    In applications where speed of response is paramount, the actuator control module provides precise control of the linear high-speed actuator on the venturi valve – commanding it to position within 1-second. If desired, a Fail-Safe Module can be attached to maintain setpoints and configuration during power failure.

    Fume Hood Display Unit
    The FHD500 is used for fume hood applications. The new design features easy-to-read alerts, energy saving modes, and data display options to address concerns of researcher safety and energy usage.

    Flow Manager mobile app
    Flow Manager connects to the platform via Bluetooth allowing authorized users to view the system. The app supports alarm management, comfort control, manual overrides, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
