The Connected Solution – End User Advance Level – Insight Builder (IB) is an advance level certification course providing a deeper dive into Features and Functionality of the Insight Builder application. This course covers some practical examples to help learners understand how to use the Insight Builder application effectively. This course also covers usage of multiple data sources (Alarms, Telemetry data, Service cases, etc) and other filters, and visualization options.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Create visualization using different data sources and options in Insight Builder.
- Build dashboards using different chart types available in Insight Builder.
- Analyze Customer needs and learn how Insight Builder can be used to create custom dashboards meeting their needs.
