Overview
Magnetic door holders are used to keep fire/smoke doors open and release them in the event of a fire. They consist of two parts, the electromagnet and the counter-plate. The electromagnet is wall mounted and the counter plate fitted to the door. They are robust, attractive and compact, yet maintain a large contact area. Notifier also supply a momentary release switch on a standard gang plate to allow release of fire door from an easily accessible location.
