    The electromechanical locking element prevents access to the armed area of an intrusion alarm system. By using a blocking element, an BAS can be armed with several arming devices at any point. Access to the secured area can be prevented or allowed at one or more points. SLIM-LOCK prevents access to an armed zone of an intrusion detection system, thus preventing false alarms.
