The intelligent or loop-based Addressable FAAST FLEX product range will support the Classic Loop Interface Protocol (CLIP) and Advanced Protocol (also known as OPAL). The intelligent models (for multiple brands) can connect directly in the loop of various fire alarm control panel models that utilize the aforementioned protocols in different regions of the European Union and the UK.
