DWR Druckbegrenzer
Besonders geeignet als Druckbegrenzer für Brenngase (DVGW Arbeitsblatt G 260) und flüssige Brennstoffe, sowie für Dampfanlagen nach TRBS und Heißwasseranlagen nach DIN EN12828, Anlagen nach DIN EN12952-11 und DIN EN12953-9.
Overview
DWR-Druckbegrenzer sind besonders geeignet als Druckbegrenzer für Brenngase (DVGW-Arbeitsblatt G 260) und flüssige Brennstoffe (z.B. Heizöl), sowie für Dampfanlagen nach TRBS und Heißwasseranlagen nach DIN EN12828, Anlagen nach DIN EN12952-11 und DIN EN12953-9. Der DWR-205/-206 dient zur Begrenzung von Maximal- und Minimaldrücken und verfügt über eine interne Verriegelung.Wichtig: Bei der Auswahl des Begrenzers ist zu entscheiden, ob das Gerät zur Maximal- oder Minimaldrucküberwachung eingesetzt werden soll. Die Wirkungsrichtung kann amam Druckbegrenzer nicht umkehrbar. Er verfügt über ein robustes Gehäuse aus seewasserbeständigem Aluminiumdruckguss.
Features & Benefits:- Die DWR-205-Serie ist für steigenden Druck kalibriert. Das bedeutet, dass der einstellbareSchaltdruck auf der Skala mit dem Schaltpunkt bei steigendem Druck übereinstimmt.
- Der Rückschaltpunkt ist um den Betrag der Schaltdifferenz niedriger. (Siehe auch Seite 23, 2. Kalibrierung amoberen Schaltpunkt).
- Die Baureihe DWR-206 ist für fallenden Druck kalibriert. Das bedeutet, dass der einstellbare Schaltdruck auf der Skaladem Schaltpunkt bei fallendem Druck entspricht.
- Der Rückschaltpunkt liegt um den Betrag der Schaltdifferenz höher.
- Berstdruck für alle Typen ≥ 100 bargeprüft durch TÜV-Prüfung.
- Sensor ist "von besonderer Bauart" durch Prüfung mit 2 Millionen Zyklen.
