Ex-DNS / Ex-VNS Druckschalter und Vakuumschalter mit Sensoren aus Edelstahl, rostfrei
Druckschalter der Baureihe DNS eignen sich zur Überwachung und Steuerung von Drücken in chemischen Anlagen, in der Verfahrenstechnik und überall dort, wo der Druck von aggressiven Flüssigkeiten und Gasen überwacht werden muss.

Overview
"Ex-DNS / Ex-VNS Druckschalter und Vakuumschalter mit Edelstahlsensoren (1.4571) eignen sich zur Überwachung und Steuerung von Drücken in chemischen Anlagen, der Verfahrenstechnik und überall dort, wo der Druck von aggressiven Flüssigkeiten und Gasen überwacht werden muss. Alle Komponenten des Sensorsystems sind aus hochwertigem Edelstahl (1.4571) gefertigt und nach modernsten Verfahren ohne Zusatzwerkstoffe geschweißt. Der Drucksensor ist dichtungsfrei plasmageschweißt. Er wird mit einem robusten Gehäuse aus seewasserbeständigem Aluminiumdruckguss GD Al Si 12 geliefert. Das Aluminiumdruckgussgehäuse in GD Al Si ist chromatiert und mit widerstandsfähigem Kunststoff einbrennlackiert. Korrosionstests mit 3%iger Kochsalzlösung und 30 Temperaturwechseln von +10 bis +80°C zeigten nach 20 Tagen keine Oberflächenveränderungen.Bei Ex-DNS /Ex-VNS ist die Schaltdifferenz nicht einstellbar. Merkmale und Vorteile:-Die Baureihen Ex-DNS und Ex-VNS sind für fallenden Druck kalibriert. Das bedeutet, dass der einstellbareSchaltdruck auf der Skala dem Schaltpunkt bei fallendem Druck entspricht. Der Rückschaltpunkt liegt um den Betrag der Schaltdifferenz höher.Zertifizierungen: -IBExU12ATEX1040 nach ATEX 2014/34/EU-IECEx IBE 14.0077-SIL2 nach IEC 61508-2"
