Druckschalter und Sensoren
Ex-DWR Druckwächter / Druckbegrenzer
Besonders geeignet als Druckwächter oder -begrenzer für Brenngase (DVGW-Arbeitsblatt G 260) und flüssige Brennstoffe & auch für Dampfanlagen nach TRD 604 und Heißwasseranlagen nach DIN EN12828, Anlagen nach DIN EN12952-11 und DIN EN12953-9.
Overview
Ex-DDCM-Differenzdruckschalter eignen sich zur Überwachung und Steuerung von Differenzdrücken, zur Durchflussüberwachung und zur automatischen Steuerung von Filteranlagen. Ein Doppelkammersystem mit Edelstahlbalg oder Perbunanmembran erfasst die Differenz zwischen den beiden anliegenden Drücken. Der gewünschte Schaltdruck ist innerhalb der aufgeführten Bereiche stufenlos einstellbar. Alle Differenzdruckwächter können auch im Unterdruckbereich eingesetzt werden. Die Schaltdifferenz ist nicht einstellbar. Er verfügt über ein robustes Gehäuse aus seewasserbeständigem Aluminium-Druckguss GD Al Si 12. Die Montage erfolgt direkt an der Druckleitung oder auf einer ebenen Fläche mit zwei Schrauben Ø 4 mm. Beachten Sie den Anschluss der Druckleitungen: P (+) = hoher Druck S (-) = Niederdruck
Features & Benefits:- Die Baureihe Ex-DDCM ist für fallenden Druck kalibriert.
- Das bedeutet, dass der einstellbare Schaltdruck auf der Skala dem Schaltpunkt bei fallendem Druck entspricht.
- Der Rückschaltpunkt liegt um den Betrag der Schaltdifferenz höher.
