Overview
Honeywell offers a variety of Software Support Agreements to ensure customers have the latest software releases and help minimize support costs. The Pro-Watch SSAs are offered in three tiers of service to best align with customer's business model need:
• Standard SSA
• Mission Critical SSA
• End User SSA
These service offerings complement any Pro-Watch installation and by maintaining active and current SSA enhances long-term customer satisfaction and benefit.

- On-Site System Optimization performed by Honeywell technical professionals
- Mission Critical SSA includes all of the above plus 24/7/365 technical support, remote diagnostics and customized programming assistance to access features and expand functionality
