Escape Door Bus systems act as a Bus repeater that enforces the Bus signal and hence systems with more than 1000m length can be realized. Another advantage is the galvanic separation of the BUS line, which allows installation of extensive systems to be realized in various steps, e.g. installation for each floor. In the event of a failure occurring in the system, only the line, which is affected by the failure, breaks down. The rest of the BUS system remains fully functional.
