XP95 and Discovery Base with Insulator
Honeywell's XP95 and discovery bases with insulator have been designed to make it easier for the detectors to be replaced without problems with addressing.
Overview
The XP95 and Discovery detectors are automatically coded when they are screwed into the socket. A replaceable plastic key contains a code number that tells the detector where in the number sequence it is located. Thus, detectors can be replaced without problems with addressing.
