MB Secure Extension License allows connection to a WAGO I/O system through TCP/IP protocol, for integration of additional interfaces or protocols. The communication is established via TCP/IP over Ethernet and requires a WAGO I/O controller type I/O-System ‒ Series 750/753 or compatible and enables the bidirectional processing and control of panel states. This can expanded modularly, e.g. with KNX or other components.
Programming is done using the WAGO tool CoDeSys and has to be done individually and site specific. For support there is a menu in IQ Panel Control available that allows exporting the data points for 3rd party systems. The WAGO functions library for MB-Secure along with a detailed protocol description and some example file is available for download on our website.
