Smoke extraction for 3 rd family B and 4 th family residential buildings, residential homes. It can manage natural smoke extraction, mechanical smoke extraction, non-stopping of the elevators to the damaged floor, evacuation control for home accommodation.
The smoke table TD 16 is designed to equip residential buildings and 3 rd family B and 4 th family in accordance with the Decree of 31 January 1986. It allows to perfectly meet the regulatory requirements of these buildings. The offer consists of a main panel and floor interfaces which will allow all of the peripherals and devices installed in the common areas to be connected to each floor (automatic detectors, manual control and smoke exhaust dampers).
