Door Control Accessories for use in escape door controls. The advantage of the surface holding magnet is that it is easy to install. Mounting Set for surface holding magnet for installation in flush mount door elements including spacer plates and fix counter unit.
It can be retrofitted in doors without much difficulty. The surface holding/clamp magnet is installed on the door frame and the counter plate in the door leaf. The locking is electromagnetic. There are thus no moving parts that means highest security of locking and release of the door, even with high back pressure. A Hall sensor integrated in the magnet monitors whether the adhesive counterpart plate adheres magnetically to the magnet.
