    Overview

    The Keypad Model XMA 210 is a battery operated, wireless alphanumeric keypad device designed for programming and operating Videofied security systems. The keypad features a two line, 16 character liquid crystal (LCD display, multi-function push buttons, panic assistance, built-in sounder, and S2View® spread spectrum encrypted wireless circuitry for secure 868MHz/915MHz/920MHz two-way communication with the control panel.

    The LCD backlight turns off automatically after 30 seconds of keypad inactivity to conserve battery power. Pressing a button will turn the backlight on. The keypad can be used to program and configure Videofied security systems. S2View® spread spectrum encrypted wireless circuitry effectively makes the keypad a mobile programmer that can be used anywhere within the installation site during system programming. Because the keypad is a supervised device, once programming is completed the keypad must be permanently mounted or deleted from the system. The easy to understand display guides you through programming, prompting you for simple yes/no or data entry responses.
