The HiveWatch® GSOC Operating System (OS) is an end-to-end Security Operations Management Platform built for corporate physical security teams to enhance their existing security technologies. HiveWatch simplifies and centralizes disparate systems and solutions, streamlines operations, and empowers your physical security team to make data-driven decisions. Built by experienced security professionals, HiveWatch was created to solve some of the industry's biggest challenges with features such as false alarm reduction, tailgate detection, local emergency services dispatch, and device health monitoring. Users are also able to store critical information and assets such as SOPs, site snapshots, and facilities/floor plans. The HiveWatch® GSOC Operating System unites information, resources, access control systems, and camera solutions, enabling more streamlined communications between field resources and operators (through the Mobile App), and making it easier for GSOC operators to respond to and detect threats.

• Data Insights and Metrics - Description: The Program Dashboard provides security leaders and program managers with data that can be used to make more informed decisions. Benefit: Measuring security response data, such as time to resolve, time to respond, performance trends by shift, performance trends by individual, incident type and/or frequency, false positives, average number of incidents with heat map, and more, allows security leaders to make better decisions about resourcing to better protect the organization.
• Optimized Incident Workflow - Description: Built-in SOPs creates an optimized workflow for GSOC operators that can effectively guide response. Benefit: Knowing the next steps for incident response streamlines the process, provides more streamlined training, and prompts resolution of incidents with sufficient instructions for follow-up.
• Guard Mobile App - Description: The HiveWatch Guard Mobile App connects field resources to your operations center without the need for expensive radio solutions or cumbersome call sheets. Benefit: Field resources are better able to communicate directly and effectively with GSOC operators, gain visibility into incidents, and use the app to complete Guard Tours.
