Honeywell will provide product support until
Honeywell's prowatch access control on-site technical supports includes all travel and living (T&L) expenses if purchased at least fifteen days prior to start of work. T&L expenses will be billed at cost plus 10% if purchased 14 or less days from start of work. These technical supports provides support of systems with current software support agreements will be discounted 20%. Certified Integrators are eligible for additional discounts ranging from 5% to 15% based on their certification level.
