    Overview

    HBOC Alarm Monitoring provides 24/7 remote monitoring of alarms by the Honeywell Building Operations Center (HBOC). Pricing is by alarm points with unlimited events or a fixed number of events over a 12 month period.

    Features & Benefits:
    • Reporting of alarm within 20 mins of receiving the alarm to provide a quick response to issues on site.
    • Alarms are set up to be retransmitted from software headend on site to Honeywell’s Building Operations Center.
    • Reporting process agreed with customer provides the right response to the correct alarm and ensure its reported to the right contact.
    • Alarm points can be either hardwired I/O or software points from within control system and count as 1 alarm point .
    • Alarms provide a pipeline of small works quotes that can be provided to the customer
