Hardwired carbon monoxide detectors are powered 120V connections and come equipped with an additional battery backup. They detect carbon monoxide levels in a space and meet new construction codes that require carbon monoxide alarms. Installation is seamless with the use of a quick plug-in power connectors. Additional features include microprocessors that limit nuisance level alarms, and a single button that both tests and silences the detectors. These features add versatility to the already efficient carbon monoxide detectors. The sensors included are electrochemical carbon monoxide sensors — the most accurate sensor available when compared to other sensing technologies.
