    Overview

    HBOC 24/7 365 Remote Response provides a call triage facility delivered by the Honeywell Buildign Operations Center (HBOC). Honeywell will use remote connections to diagnose and fix the issue and a report will be provided on completion of the call. Pricing is either by site or by number of calls oer a 12 month period.

    Features & Benefits:
    • True 24/7 365 coverage of break fix calls for customers emergency issues, saving the time and cost of the customer.
    • Calls responded to within 2 hours of call being logged to improve response times to issues.
    • Calls will be investigated and attempted to be resolved remotely if this cannot be completed the call will be passed back to the customer.
    • Report generated with details on findings and resolution / next steps
    • Resolving issues remotely saves on having to roll a truck to site and avoid unnecessary costs and delays.
