Dual Monitor Modules are intended for use in intelligent, two-wire systems. They offer two independent two-wire initiating device circuits at two separate, consecutive addresses. They are capable of monitoring normally open contact fire alarm.

Dual Monitor Modules provides two Style B (Class B) IDC circuits ONLY. Style D (Class A) IDC circuits are NOT supported in any application. They have a single panel controlled LED. They automatically assigns itself to two addressable points, starting with the original address. If one of the devices within the group has new information, the panel CPU stops the group poll and concentrates on single points. The net effect is response speed greater than five times that of other design protocols
