The RFW 4000 GSM/GPRS/3G modules by Honeywell expands the DS 6700, DS 6750, DS 7700 and DS 7600 transmission devices with a second transmission path over 2G(GSM) or 3G(UMTS). Depending on the programming of the intrusion panel or the transmission device this can be used in any combination or alone for transmission of alarms, messages or routine calls in GSM- or IP networks, so that any application without wired transmission lines is feasible.
