- Remote control and monitoring via mobile user app (wireless variants)
- On/off, floating, modulating, or 6-way valves
- Multi-speed or variable speed fan
- Energy saving supply-air temperature control using ASHRAE guideline 36-2021, Sec. 5.22
- FCU dehumidification with reheat option
- Building automation integration via BACnet® MS/TP, MODBUS, or BACnet IP (wireless variants)
