Environment:

  • ECC-50/100
  • Main Console
  • System Trouble

Solution:

1.- Confirm customer has resistors in place:

Terminal Blocks with 1 resistor

  • TB4 > 4,7K Ohms (On the in terminals if not being used, on the out terminals if being used)
  • TB5 > 4,7K Ohms (On the in terminals if not being used, on the out terminals if being used)
  • TB19 > 4,7K Ohms (On B+- Terminals if not being used, at EOL if being used)
  • TB20 > 15K Ohms (On the out Terminals if not being used, at EOL if being used)
  • TB21 > 15K Ohms (On the out Terminals if not being used, at EOL if being used)
  • TB22 > 15K Ohms (On the out terminals if not being used, at EOL if being used)
  • TB23 > 4,7K Ohms (On B+- Terminals if not being used, at EOL if being used)

Terminal Blocks with 2 resistors

  • TB6 > 4.7K (One on terminals 1 and 2, another one on terminals 3 and 4)
  • TB7 > 4.7K (One on terminals 1 and 2, another one on terminals 3 and 4)
  • TB8 > 4.7K (One on terminals 1 and 2, another one on terminals 3 and 4)
