The master password is not working.
What is the default password of my panel?
Someone changed the password of my panel, what do I do?
We're taking over a panel and don't know the password, what do I do?
Default and Recovery Password for ES Panels and MS panels
1. Check the fire panel doesn't have a supervisory signal or fire alarm signal.
If the panel has a supervisory signal or a fire signal the program is going to be blocked.
2. If the fire panel is normal and the master password didn't work is because the password changed.
2.1. This information applied to addressable panels (ES-50X, ES-200X). If the password is different and If It is necessary to recover the master password, select the option programming in the main menu, and after using the master password (000000), an unlock code is going to appear at the bottom of the display, send an email with the unlock code to firelite.tech@honeywell.com and Firelite tech support is going to send back the backdoor password.
2.1.1. Attach this information inside your email.

2.2. This information applied to addressable and conventional panels (MS-9600UDLS, MS-9200UDLS, MS-9050,MS-5UD SERIES, MS-10UD SERIES, MRP-SERIES). If the password is different and If It is necessary to recover the master password, contact FIRELITE tech support to reprogram the password.
