Many installed OnGuard PRO and Enterprise systems are complex, so end users may prefer to have the support and expertise of the LenelS2 Professional Engineering Service (PES) team during system upgrades. With the upgrade service, a dedicated project manager coordinates the process from ordering through completion, including verification of installed integrations. Testing is done using the customer database prior to the production upgrade.
