The Connected Solution – End User Advance Level – Predictive Maintenance (PDM) is an advance level certification course providing learners deep dive into the Predictive Maintenance application. This course explains the details on the usage of PDM dashboards, helps explore the functionalities and capabilities of the application. Through this course, the learners should be able to transform their Operation and Maintenance (O&M) regime of their Building(s).
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Visualize KPIs of their Building Operation Performance.
- Navigate, Analyze and Troubleshoot issues impacting the operation efficiency of the Building.
- Through AI Smart Triaging, Triage, Prioritize work on Service Cases resulting in improved System Uptime.
- Perform Root cause analysis to address frequently occurring faults and issues.
- Demonstrate Service Performance through Service metrics.
