ML71 Series Small Linear Actuators

This is the next generation modulating type valve actuators, designed to replace the outdated M7410E legacy series.

More flexibility for the field installation through 24Vac/dc power supply. The nominal force is up to 300N with the capability to commonly support both general control valves and pressure independent control valves up to DN40/50 size.

• 30% smaller footprint than others in market, convenient for field installation especially tight space above room ceiling;
• Field-configurable options through the simple DIP swtitches covering much wider applications;
• Max. 9mm stroke brings superior valves compatibility for both Honeywell & 3rd party valves, and suitability to OEM and retrofit applications;
• Valve staying-in-place option when control signal gets lost, if certain applications requiring the unstopped heat or cooling energy delivered during anytime;
• Easy to troubleshoot via tri-color LED as the working status indicator of actuator & valve;
• Easy to do manual override without cutting off the power, electrical override is also selectable;
• Unique manual knob holder design to prevent the knob getting lost during maintenance;
• IP54 ingress protection, perfectly suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
