The converter enables galvanic isolation of the interfaces between the fire alarm control panel and an external device. The converter can be installed in the IQ8Control FACP at the mounting point of an esserbus transponder or in a suitable housing on a hat rail or on a C-section rail. Another option is to install it on the PSM’s mounting plate in the FlexES Control FACP.
