Class is designed for students who are already Niagara N4 Certified. Students will be required to pass an exam to demonstrate their level of competence and receive Honeywell Factory Certification. Certification cost is per student, maximum class size is 12.
Class topics include Model 30 Specifications and Overview, Networking Fundamentals including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT and ARP, Network Architecture including Routing, Switching, and Bridging, and Network Fault Tolerance using the Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol, Network Security including SSL, TLS, and Certificates. Other topics include Application Design and Programming, Event or Sequenced Control Logic, Physical Points, Expansion IO, HOA Switches, new Sylk Integration Model, Schedules and Alarms, Network Data Sharing, Station and Application Templates and Spyder Application Migration.
