STEP ONE
Prepare the network
Begin communication with Internet service provider to get 2 ports aligned for INNCOM Direct VLAN, with Internet connection. Determine PMS connection type if applicable, serial or TCP/IP.
STEP TWO
Install the gateway and edge router
Install the INNCOM Direct Gateway and Edge Router – this can also be done after room installation has begun. Refer to below documents for more information.
STEP THREE
Request dashboard access
Request access to your Remote Building Manager / INNCOM Direct Dashboard for users within your organization. Refer to below document for more information.
STEP FOUR
Install the thermostats
Begin installation of in-room HVAC controls. Refer to below documents for more information.

Deploy the system
Deploy Secure Key to encrypt system RF traffic. Refer to below documents for more information.
