Break Glass Covers are engineered to deter false alarms while preventing tampering and accidental damage to pull stations. Accessing the alarm requires the intentional breakage of the glass, making these covers ideal for specified locations where such protection is necessary, particularly in areas with lower supervision.

- Typical working properties of polycarbonate are -40 to 250 degrees F (-40 to 121 degrees C)
- Three year guarantee against breakage of polycarbonate in normal use.
- It has been tested and approved or listed by: Underwriter Laboratories and Canadian UL File S7025
