    This product has been discontinued.
    Honeywell will provide product support until

    MEDIATOR requires a gap of 2 to 5.5 mm between the striking plate and face plate for secure functioning.

    A larger gap can be reduced by using spacer plates on both the strike side (striking plate) and the

    lock side (face plate).
