    Balancing Valves

    VDPC16 Series Dynamic Balancing Valve

VDP series dynamic differential pressure balancing valves are typically used with static balancing valves for full hydraulic balance (static balance and dynamic balance) in a central air conditioning system.

    Overview

VDP series dynamic differential pressure balancing valves consist of a balancing valve spool, and a dynamic differential pressure balancing assembly composed of high performance diaphragms and springs. The valves can be used to control the differential pressure balance between two ends of a control valve or a pipe section of air-conditioning systems (including several air-conditioning terminals and control valves), so that the control valve or pipe section is not affected by differential pressure changes. This achieves the flow stability of the control valve or branch pipe, improves the adjustment accuracy of the control valve, eliminates the temperature fluctuation of air-conditioning terminals, and extends the service life of the control valve. Valve pipe diameters are DN25 - DN250, with optional pressure PN16 or PN25

    Features & Benefits:
    • High performance springs and diaphragms
    • Numeric handwheel, easy and fast debugging of differential pressure settings
    • Full shutoff design to shut off pipelines in case of system inspections
    • Simple vent design to easily exhaust in-pipe air
