Phoenix Controls Neutralizers are Sound Cancellation devices designed to be used only with the Phoenix Controls Accel II Family of Valves. The Neutralizers Consist of resonator Chambers that are tuned to the output frequency of the valve and provides a reduction in sound power levels over the entire sound spectrum.
