Honeywell INNCOM D1 Thermostat

The Honeywell INNCOM Direct D1 Thermostat is equipped with an on-board radio frequency (RF) transceiver, a passive infrared occupancy sensor (PIR), humidity sensor, and outside temperature display. It can be used as a standalone thermostat; as an in-room Energy Management System (EMS); as a hospitality IoT hub; or as part of a networked, property-wide EMS and you can scale up these capabilities any time, at your own pace. The thermostat built-in motion sensing, when combined with door lock (or sensor) integration, Honeywell’s advanced occupancy detection enables a property to optimize EMS energy savings without compromising guest comfort (vs. PIR-only occupancy detection). As part of property-wide EMS, the INNCOM Direct D1 Thermostat can help expand the guestroom HVAC energy management capabilities.
When networked via the INNCOM Direct Energy Management System, energy can be better controlled using a broader setback band when the room is unoccupied or unrented for a set length of time. A wider setback band can also be used when the room is in hibernation for off-season or extended away periods.The INNCOM Direct D1 Thermostat wireless transceiver acts as an IoT hub, enabling the thermostat to seamlessly add lighting, drapery, and amenity controls. It can also receive inputs from other smart devices and points in the room, such as a balcony door, minibar, or smoke detector, transmitting their status to the central server.Features & Benefits:
