L-Series SPCW8 dual-voltage speakersprovide a solution for ceiling mount applications that are used for tap settings that range between 1/8 to 8W.These speakers provide a solution for almost any voice or audio requirement.The high decibel output reduces the number of speakers required for sound and intelligibility. SPCW8 speakers are designed for high-efficiency sound output with low total harmonic distortion to offer a high fidelity sound output.
These speakers' clear audible sound is designed to meet life safety needs ranging from fire to emergency communication messages. With their wide frequency range, they can also be used for general signaling such as paging and background music. They are suitable for indoor and damp installations. SPCW8 speakers can be surface mounted with the included back can or flush mounted with the optional accessory (SB-SPC8).Features & Benefits:

- For use with the separately sold tile support bracket (SB-SPC8)
- Offers flush and ceiling tile mounting with the use of a ceiling tile bracket
- Uses voltage and speaker tap settings via a jumper connection
- Supports the field selection of speaker voltages (25 and 70.7 Vrms) and the following power settings: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 4, or 8 watts
- Provides a broad temperature range 32 to 120 °F
- Accepts wire up to 12 AWG
- ANSI/UL 1480
