    Platinum Support is a new managed service that provides OnGuard® customers with a dedicated Platinum Support Coordinator at LenelS2 and high-priority access to experts trained to maximize the performance of their system. Platinum Support includes several services that the VAR or system user can leverage, including emergency 24/7 direct end-user support, monthly system health checks, system hardening, cybersecurity assessment, and annual database upgrades.
