PRO-WATCH Training

This new course offered by Honeywell combines elements of the old Pro-Watch Basic Certified Installer and Pro-Watch Advanced courses. This training provides the student with the confidence needed to successfully deploy Pro-Watch, Honeywell’s premier security management suite.

Upon successful completion students will also receive official Pro-Watch Installer Certification.

• Know and understand supported Pro-Watch ecosystems, environments, and topologies
• Explore optimal methods to manage Pro-Watch users and groups
• Control personnel access through facilities
• Configure Pro-Watch hardware and understand communication methods
• Review and investigate the most commonly reported Pro-watch issues
• Understand the basic installation of a SQL Server instance and basic use of SQL Server Management Studio
• Comprehend the options and steps required to successfully deploy the Pro-Watch Software Suite
• Design and implement the robust badging and reporting features in Pro-Watch
• Understand how to properly maintain system event data and prepare for disaster recovery events
