Environment:
- Morley ZX1SE
- Morley ZX2SE
- Morley ZX5SE
- Morley ZXe Series Panels
Solution:
In order to connect to the panel please check the following steps as below :
- 020-891 USB Lead is used.
- Download/Install correct USB driver XR21V1410 UBS UART (COM xx)
- You are setting the panel in PC mode ( by going in Commissioning menu - > Configure - > PC )
- Check the Network Address of the panel
- On the Fire Tool select "Communications" and "Setup " to select the Comm Port and Network Address.
- Click "Communications " - > " Configure " - > " PC " to retrieve the configuration from the panel
- Use the correct tool.
- For panels with firmware between 760 and 845 use Fire 6.21
- For panels with firmware between 846 and 860 use Fire 6.27
