    Honeywell offers a variety of Software Support Agreements to ensure customers have the latest software releases and help minimize support costs. The MAXPRO SSAs are offered in three tiers of service to best align with customer's business model need:

    • Standard SSA

    • Mission Critical SSA

    • End User SSA

    These service offerings complement any MAXPRO installation and by maintaining active and current SSA enhances long-term customer satisfaction and benefit.

    Honeywell’s Professional Support Services team are available to assist with

    system upgrades at prevailing time and materials rates.

    • Free software upgrades as well as interim service packs on covered software
    • Priority service during regular business hours for Technical Support inquiries
    • Dedicated phone number to use for contacting Honeywell technical support to expedite issue resolution

    • Unique Site Identification code to maintain a site installation history for quicker identification and resolution of issues
    • On-site Support Services by Honeywell technical professionals for installation and expert support
    • On-Site System Optimization performed by Honeywell technical professionals
    • Mission Critical SSA includes all of the above plus 24/7/365 technical support, remote diagnostics and customized programming assistance to access features and expand functionality
